Subdivision
Subdivision
A subdivision is a division of land into two or more parcels, including all new lot creation and boundary adjustments, and some lot consolidations.
The minimum lot area of a parcel that may be created by subdivision may be found in the Metchosin Land Use Bylaw under the provisions of the zone for that parcel.
